We have now bought 2 vehicles from Tom. We have had nothing but good experiences with him. The latest vehicle we bought had a couple issues that came up after the purchase as can happen with a used vehicle. I had not purchased a warranty, but Tom offered to split the cost of the repair with me anyway. After picking up the vehicle after repairs, he had actually covered ALL of the cost. Tom, thanks for being fair, honest, upstanding, and for going the extra mile!

We purchased a minivan from Spriensma Auto. Tom was easy to deal with, pleasant, honest and straightforward through the process. There was a good selection on the lot. A good experience overall. Recommended.

No pressure sales. They do not finance so be pre-approved with bank or CU. My daughter loves her new car. Runs and drives like new. Fair price.

This is an unsolicited review that I felt compelled to write. We bought a 2010 Toyota RAV4 for our son about a month ago. Tom was very friendly to him, answered our questions, and was not the least bit pushy. We recently had a water pump issue that our mechanic quoted $1800 (using aftermarket parts) to replace. Although per the warranty they did not have to, Tom surprisingly offered to cover the cost (with OEM parts) if we covered towing to his repair shop. I would definitely recommend Spriensma Auto as they have proven to be a highly reputable dealer. Thanks Tom!

Spriensma had a van posted available on Facebook Marketplace in which we were interested. They were closed the next day on a Saturday. However, we went by to take a look at it anyway while we were out looking at other vehicles in the area. There were no sales signs on it, so we figured they had sold it already. On a hunch, I went ahead and sent a Messenger message to see if it was still available. Tom right away responded that it was available and that he would be in the office for awhile if we wanted to come back and take a test drive. We were immediately sold on the van as it was a great price for such a nice vehicle, and we were pleasantly surprised at the offer he made for our trade in, which was more than fair. We still had other vans to look at first, so we said we would be in touch on Monday when they reopened. We later kicked ourselves for not leaving a deposit to hold it, but Tom graciously agreed to meet with us first thing Monday morning when they opened so we could make the purchase. Tom was easy going through the whole process and patient with our timidity. We are an older couple who could not afford to make a mistake. However, after making the purchase and reading the CarFax more carefully, we found that several important things had been repaired or replaced on the vehicle, making it even a better deal than we originally thought. Many kudos to Spreinsma Auto for their great service, quality vehicles, and fair prices.

Was in the neighborhood and I visited the lot within hours of me reaching out to them, so I don't fault the dealer for not contacting us back within a few hours. Tom is a friendly guy. The car had a lot more cosmetic issues than we realized; it would have been nice to see them in advance. Still a good price for a 2014 in 2024, but would have appreciated images of the flaws in a fair car description.
